3805663 - No Territory assigned when deriving territories for Accounts with ZIP+4 postal codes

Symptom

When selecting Derive Territories for an account, the process runs but no sales territory is assigned.

In this particular scenario, the Account Routing to Territory Table is considering Account's Postal Code (with 5 digits), while in the Account is maintained a ZIP+4 postal code.
