3805671 - CURTOADV_CREATE silently drops material components from generated PDS without error

Symptom

• Running CURTOADV_CREATE (Absolute Transfer) for a configurable phantom assembly completes without errors, but the generated Production Data Structure (PDS) contains fewer components than the ERP BOM.
• The missing components are not flagged in any log or error message.
• The PDS result verified in /SAPAPO/CURTO_SIMU shows fewer components than expected from the BOM in transaction CS03.
• Components appearing correctly in CU50 simulation and in production orders created via CO01 are absent from the PDS.
• The affected components are flagged as bulk materials via the bulk indicator (field MARC-SCHGT) in the material master.
