Symptom

When attempting to create or drop a subscription, the following error occurs:

The route version (currently '1571304') must be at least '1600305' to perform that operation.

The site version matches the one indicated in the error message, but the Replication Server version is 16.0.

1> sysadmin site_version
2> go
The current site version is '1571304'.
