3805708 - Checkout Shipping Page Infinite Loading After JDK 21 Upgrade in SAP Commerce Cloud with Spartacus 4.x

After upgrading SAP Commerce Cloud to JDK 21, the checkout shipping section loads infinitely and the order process cannot be triggered. The rest of the storefront (product listing, cart, login) works normally. Only the checkout flow is affected.

The browser network returns net::ERR_CACHE_MISS with HTTP status 0 — the request is never sent to the backend. This is confirmed by the HAR file

The backend (OCC API) is healthy — all API calls that reached the server returned HTTP 200. This can be confirmed by thread dump analysis showing the hybrisHTTP worker threads in WAITING (idle) state with no deadlocks or blocked threads.
