3805714 - Certificate Automatically Updated Across Multiple Communication Arrangements Using the Same Communication System

When changing the certificate in one Communication Arrangement, the certificate of another Communication Arrangement is also updated automatically.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to the Communication Arrangements view.
3. Search for the relevant Communication Arrangement.
4. Click Edit.
5. Go to the Technical Data tab.
6. Click Edit Credentials.
7. Upload the certificate and click OK.
8. Click Save and Reactivate.
9. Check another Communication Arrangement that uses a certificate.

The same certificate change is reflected in the other Communication Arrangement.

The automatic update of the certificate from one company to another occurs because both companies are using the same Communication System. 

This is the expected system behavior.

When different certificates are required for each company, create a separate Communication System and corresponding Communication Arrangement for each company.

This ensures that the certificate configured for one company does not affect the certificate configured for another company.
