3805729 - Growth Portfolio team view shows fewer attributes after switching attribute type filter

Issue in Growth Portfolio where attributes are displayed on team view and when you change to another attribute type and change back to previous one the number of items are showed limited like a layout issue.

1. Open Growth Portfolio team view.
2. Observe the initial count for an attribute type (for example, Competencies shows about 75 items).
3. Change the attribute type filter to a different type.
4. Change the attribute type filter back to the original type (for example, Competencies).
5. Observe that only a limited subset of items is displayed (for example, only 10 appear).

A layout issue in the team view when switching attribute type filters results in a limited number of items being displayed after returning to the original type.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
