• The Goods Movement status of a return delivery in ERP is not updated after triggering the Load End event (EP_LOAD_END) in the Freight Booking in SAP Transportation Management.
• The Freight Unit is planned within the Freight Booking and the Load End event is reported, but the return delivery in ERP remains without a goods receipt posting.
• The issue occurs in embedded TM (SAP S/4HANA) using the Freight Booking document.
