3805820 - Unable to delete mashup (Delete disabled) and duplicate mashup ID observed

• Unable to delete a mashup; the Delete button in Mashup Authoring is disabled.
• Duplicate mashups with the same ID are visible.
• When attempting to delete from a newly created change project, the system shows: "This item is already being modified in the following change project(s). Resolve the conflict before proceeding."
• Deleting the mashup in a target system is not possible.
