Symptom

  • Users can create accounts on the web but cannot create accounts in the mobile app.
  • On the web, the "Firstlinename" (firstlineName) field is hidden and populated from "extensions/zXXXXXX" via BTP.
  • In the mobile app, the "Firstlinename" (firstlineName) field cannot be hidden and is not auto-populated as on the web.
  • No error message was provided.
