3805895 - Short Dump LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND in PA30 - PA Feature Program Not Activated (/1PAPA/FEATxxx)

Symptom

A short dump LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND occurs in t-code PA30/PA40 when attempting to create or edit an employee master data record. The dump message indicates that a program following the naming pattern "/1PAPA/FEATxxx<FEATURE_NAME>" could not be found. Examples of affected programs include:

  • /1PAPA/FEAT010NUMKR
  • /1PAPA/FEAT100ALOAN

This issue may occur after a support package update, system upgrade, or system copy/refresh.
