3805952 - “Add” Button Missing for Custom MDF Card on the iOS Mobile Platform

Symptom

The “Add” button is missing for the Custom MDF Card on the iOS platform despite enabling the “Enable the latest Viewing, Editing and History UI on Full Profile (With Non-Configurable UI)” checkbox and granting the required RBP permissions, while the button works as expected on other supported platforms.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the iOS mobile application.
  2. Search for the Custom MDF object.
  3. Observe that the “Add” button is not displayed for the Custom MDF object.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The Engineering team has confirmed that this issue will get fixed by 15th November 2026.
