3805975 - Joule Returns Direct Response Instead of Transactional or Navigational Scenarios Despite Application Roles Being Synced in SAP Build Work Zone

The Navigation Service inbounds have been properly configured and return a valid list of applications (navigation targets) as outlined in SAP Note 3753110. However, Joule does not reflect these changes. You may experience one or both of the following symptoms:

• Newly assigned roles are not reflected in Joule immediately after assignment.
• Joule returns a direct response instead of triggering the expected transactional or navigational scenarios.
