3805997 - Individual purchase sales order is not shown in MD04 after setting delivery block

Symptom

  • After setting a delivery block at sales order header level, MD04 no longer shows Customer Stock (CustSt) and Purchase Requisition (PurRqs) for the third‑party (individual purchase) item.
  • The CustSt and PurRqs elements were visible before the delivery block was applied and disappear afterward.
