Gap column not showing difference between manager rating and expected competency value in Latest form experience of PM form.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Launch a Performance Management form using the Latest Form Experience with competencies configured to show expected ratings and gaps.
2. Navigate to the competency section and review the column intended to show the Gap between the manager’s rating and the expected rating.
3. Observe that the Gap value is not displayed.

Check if Form template settings are done per the guide Showing Expected Ratings and Rating Gaps (Latest Form Experience) | SAP Help Portal:

<show-gap-competencies-in-summary/> setting should be placed to the Summary section xml above the </summary-sect> tag. 

Ensure the Summary section is not hidden at the necessary step, because "<show-gap-competencies-in-summary/>" is configured in summary section, it also lies under summary section permission control.
