Symptom

  • In the BPC consolidation environment, basic functions cannot be executed successfully.
  • The issue occurs when performing operations such as Clear Data Package or attempting to save data.
  • The operation fails with the following error:Error: "Can't Call RSDRI_INFOPROV_READOTHERS"
  • The issue may occur after an attribute update in the HCPR.
