Symptom

  • Failed to execute remote passthrough SQL: [SAP] [ODBC Driver] [SAP HANA Cloud, data lake Relational Engine] Error accessing Delta Share. Illegal body -- (oslib/hos_DeltaTableFileListIter.cxx 393)
  • Issue occurs when importing data from an external Delta Share into HDLRE; not reproducible with HDLFS Delta Share or the public Delta Share at https://sharing.delta.io/delta-sharing/.
