3806218 - Comment entered during block/release confirmation not visible in 'Manage Blocked Partners' or 'Manage Blocked Documents'

Symptom

  • In the 'Manage Blocked Partners' app, after confirming a block and entering a comment in the confirmation popup, the comment is not displayed on the object page.
  • The view indicates "-" even though a comment was entered during block/release confirmation.
  • The "Comments Exist" field shows "No" despite adding a comment during the confirmation step.
