Symptom
A custom field has been configured as reportable; however, it is still not appearing or cannot be found in the Table Report.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Open or create a Table Report for Recruiting.
- Search for the custom field and observe that it is not available in the field list.
Cause
The same field ID is defined with different labels across job requisition templates, so the report shows the field under a different label, leading to the perception that it is missing.
Resolution
- Run the Check Tool for Recruiting and select “Validate Labels for Custom Fields Across Job Requisition Templates.”
- Search for the field ID and confirm that it is flagged for having inconsistent labels across templates.
- Review all active and inactive Job Requisition Templates and identify the templates where the field ID has different labels.
- Update the field label to ensure it is consistent across all templates, then save and publish the updated templates.
- Go to Table Report and verify that the custom field now appears under the expected label.
