Symptom

  • SuccessFactors Integration Hub in SmartRecruiters displays: “No configurations are available for your company. To create new fields, go to ‘Set Up SmartRecruiters Fields from SuccessFactors’ in SuccessFactors Admin Center.”
  • Despite having fields configured under “Set Up SmartRecruiters Fields from SuccessFactors” (which successfully synchronize to SmartRecruiters as Job Fields), the Integration Hub still shows the “No configurations are available for your company” message.
  • The same message appears when navigating to the Integration Hub from “Set Up SmartRecruiters Fields from SuccessFactors”.
