Error when trying to upload a resume in Skills Matching on the RMK career site, showing “There is an issue examining your resume. Please try again” and network payload indicates "extractionStatus": "LOCALE_NOT_SUPPORTED".

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Open the RMK career site with Skills Matching enabled.
2. Change the site language (for example, Chinese, Korean, Swedish, or Traditional Chinese).
3. Start Skills Matching (Get Started).
4. Upload a resume/CV and observe the message: “There is an issue examining your resume. Please try again.”
5. Check network logs and note the response with extractionStatus set to LOCALE_NOT_SUPPORTED.
