3806304 - Import job status shows permanent loading indicator in Data Management despite successful completion (SAP Analytics Cloud)

Symptom

  • In Data Management > Import Jobs, the Status column shows a permanent loading indicator (three blue dots) and does not update to a final status (for example, Successful or Failed).
  • Import jobs complete and data is loaded correctly into the model; timestamps update as expected.
  • The behavior occurs for multiple models and import jobs across the tenant (both scheduled and manual).
  • No error messages are displayed.

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2026.15.6

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon to SAP Analytics Cloud.
  2. Open any model that contains Import Jobs.
  3. Open Data Management and view an existing scheduled or manual import job.
  4. Run the job or wait for its scheduled run to complete.
  5. Confirm the data is loaded into the model and job timestamps are updated.
  6. Refresh or reopen the Import Jobs list.
  7. Observe that the Status column continues to display the loading animation (three blue dots) instead of a final status.
