• Changing the WBS Element processing status from Created to Released in Project Control - Enterprise Projects is blocked.
• Error message FAA_CFG_CHECK 243 - 'CoCode &1, AssetCl &2: Ledger &3 not defined for AuC asset class'

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a new Investment Project using the Investment Project profile.
2. Assign an Investment Profile to the project.
3. Create a WBS element under the project.
4. Open the WBS element in Project Planning.
5. Change the Processing Status from Created to Released.
6. Observe the error: "CoCode &1, AssetCl &2: Ledger &3 not defined for AuC asset class" and the release is blocked.

For the investment asset class, there is a limitation: The ledgers and depreciation areas defined in the company code MUST also be defined at the asset class level. Otherwise, you will encounter issues during settlement.

Complete the configuration in SSCUI 102609 'Make Valuation View-Dependent Settings for Asset Class' accordingly.
