3806313 - SAP S/4HANA: Error 'Specify a value for in-house bank servicer before you continue' when activating bank account in Manage Bank Account (2023 or higher)

Symptom

• Error message 'Specify a value for in-house bank servicer before you continue' appears when clicking Activate in the Manage Bank Account app.
• Observed after upgrade to SAP S/4HANA 2023 or higher.
• Activation of the bank account fails in Edit mode.
