Symptom

BE_WHT_28150 report execution fails with the message "No value configured for 'BE_DIVISION_INDICATOR' parameter and 'BE_RPG_ENT' reporting entity."

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Run BE_WHT_28150 withholding tax report.
  2. Open the document log after report execution.
  3. Check the parameter validation error.

Cause

The mandatory report category parameter BE_DIVISION_INDICATOR is not maintained for reporting entity &1 and BE_WHT_28150. This parameter maps to the a1007_division element in the Belcotax 281.50 output file.

Resolution

  1. Get the valid BE_DIVISION_INDICATOR value from previous Belcotax submissions or your local tax advisor.
  2. Open the configuration activity Enter Parameters Specific to Report Category.
  3. Select reporting entity BE_RPG_ENT and report category BE_WHT_28150.
  4. Add a parameter entry and maintain the BE_DIVISION_INDICATOR value.
  5. Correct the periodicity configuration first, then maintain this parameter, and rerun the report.
