3806339 - DRC Brazil Statutory Reporting and TDF - How the EFD ICMS/IPI C190 register field VL_OPR (Valor da Operação) is calculated

The Valor da Operação (VL_OPR) shown in the analytical C190 register of the EFD ICMS/IPI (SPED Fiscal) file does not match a direct addition of the tax fields, and one or more of the following is observed:

• VL_OPR appears to include (or exclude) ICMS, PIS, COFINS or freight in a way that is not obvious from the document display.
• On import or Zona Franca documents, VL_OPR carries additional amounts that are not visible as separate C100 lines.

This is standard, designed behavior: VL_OPR is not a stored field — it is recomputed from the nota fiscal item and its taxes according to the operation direction and the "tax included in price" indicator.
