3806458 - Sales price approval workflow request does not reach the approver side with "No users found for task" - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When the sales price approval workflow is triggered, the request does not reach the approver's inbox.

When checking the approval workflow, the error message "No users found for task" appears.

This issue may occur due to one of the following reasons:

• There are no approvers with the correct authorization who meet the requirements defined in the workflow.
• The only user assigned to the approver role is also the creator of the condition record. By design, the system prevents the creator from approving their own condition record, which leads to failed agent determination.

Review and update the workflow settings to ensure that at least one available approver meets all of the following requirements:

• The approver has a role with the Sales - Pricing Inbox (SAP_SD_BC_PRICE_MYINBOX_PC) business catalog assigned. This business catalog enables the approver to access and use the "My Inbox" app.
• The approver is not the creator of the condition record.
• The approver meets the conditions configured in the sales price approval workflow settings.
