3806573 - ECPAO_OM_OBJ_DMT_JOB_SCHEDULER does not process delta changes for Organizational Data Replication

Symptom

You are using the integration between SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors Employee Central for data replication.

When you execute the report ECPAO_OM_OBJ_DMT_JOB_SCHEDULER to replicate organizational data, you observe that it always performs a full data load based on the selection criteria, instead of a delta replication that sends only the changed objects. The report does not seem to process change pointers stored in table BDCP2.

In contrast, you may notice that using report RBDMIDOC for the same organizational data message type correctly processes the change pointers and performs a delta replication.

The issue is that ECPAO_OM_OBJ_DMT_JOB_SCHEDULER does not behave like its employee data counterpart, ECPAO_EMPL_DMT_JOB_SCHEDULER, which has an option to process only modified employees.
