3806584 - Organizational Units Remain “Not Confirmed” in SAP Central Business Configuration

Symptom

  • Organizational units created in SAP Central Business Configuration remain in “Not Confirmed” status after the confirmation process is completed.
  • The confirmation reaches 100% and shows a success message. However, after refreshing:
    • The organizational units still show “Not Confirmed”.
    • The activity status remains “Reopened”.
    • Repeating the confirmation does not change the status.
