3806613 - Process order phase confirmation via API fails with error message RU276

Symptom

  • Posting a phase confirmation via API_PROC_ORDER_CONFIRMATION_2_SRV succeeds.
  • Posting a subsequent phase confirmation within seconds after posting the previous phase often fails.
  • Error message RU276 is returned: "Phase/operation xxxx in process order does not exist (please check entry)".
  • Waiting several minutes and retrying the subsequent confirmation sometimes succeeds.
