3806640 - Error 'IsGhostAcc' invalid value during G/L account renumbering upload — SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

While uploading a mapping file in the Renumber G/L Accounts app, the following error occurs: 

Property 'IsGhostAcc' at offset '&' has invalid value 'Yes'

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Renumber G/L Accounts app.
2. Upload a mapping file which contains the value Yes on column “Not Used”
   • 
3. Start the processing of the upload.
4. Observe the error: Property 'IsGhostAcc' at offset '&' has invalid value 'Yes'.

The "Not Used" column in the upload template was populated with the value Yes for accounts to be marked as not required. The error prevents the upload from completing.

The value Yes is not recognised by the upload API and triggers the error. The offset (&) is the OData payload position

1. From the upload file for renumbering, replace all value of Yes with x.

2. Leave blank cells unchanged.
3. Save the file and re-upload it.
