3806655 - AI-Assisted Goal Creation is not respecting metric lookup table definitions/permissions

Metric Lookup Table data is not populating correctly when goal is created via AI. AI feature does not correctly use the metric lookup table for goal creation and mixes up the set values. The 'create from scratch' option works correctly. 

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Go to Goals Module and open goal plan 
2. Click the create goal button 
3. Use AI feature to create the goal 
4. Observe that when goal is created via AI, the values are switched in the Metric Lookup Table 

Note: When goal is created from scratch, the issue is not present, values are displayed in the correct column. 

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
