• Unable to approve leave of absence requests for some users while for others it works.
• Error on approval: "Ops we couldn't process your response. Please approve or decline again."
• Error on approval: "There was an error in processing your response to an approval. Please go here to try again."
• The “Show Error” option displays no details.
• User receives a notification about an error in the approval process.
• Attempting to approve via the To-Do action shows a generic error with no details.
