3806705 - Cost center group description change does not replicate to S/4 HANA after MDG change request approval.

Symptom

  • After final approval of an MDG change request that updates Cost Center Group attributes (descriptions), replication to S/4 HANA is not initiated.
  • Changes are performed via “File Upload” Multi-Object Processing with Entity Type “Cost Center Group”, Type of Transfer “Attributes”, using edition for example “EDITION25”.
  • Verification in S/4 HANA (for example, via transaction KSH3) shows the description is not updated.
  • When attempting to use an edition that is released, the message appears: “Changing of master data is no longer possible in EDITION26.”
