3806770 - Missing LugarTrabajo Fields in Nomina Electronica (NECO) XML Output for Colombian Employees

Symptom

When generating the Nomina Electronica (NECO) payroll XML for Colombian employees, the following workplace location fields are not being populated:

  • LugarTrabajoPais=""
  • LugarTrabajoDepartamentoEstado=""
  • LugarTrabajoMunicipioCiudad=""
  • LugarTrabajoDireccion=""

All four fields appear empty in the generated XML output, resulting in incomplete or invalid NECO documentation.
