Symptom
When running ATC check ABAP_CLEAN_CORE_READINESS from a central check system (ABAP Environment) against an on-premise checked system, CL_CI_TABL->IF_CI_TABL~GET_TABLE_INFO attempts to read table data in the central check system instead of the checked system. RFC destination is empty during execution, leading to access of tables not present in the central check system (for example, AFKO) and causing a dump:
Category ABAP programming error Runtime Errors UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION Except. CX_CI_INVALID_AUTHORITY
ABAP: Program CL_CI_COMP_PROCS_SQL_CONTEXT==CP
Application Component BC-DWB-TOO-ATF
A second dump can occur when the checked system calls SCI_REMOTE_RUN_END in the central check system because tests are initial:
Category ABAP programming error
Runtime Errors OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED Except. CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL ABAP: Program SAPLS_CODE_INSPECTOR_REMOTE Application Component BC-DWB-TOO-ATF
