Symptom

  • There is a need to understand the IPS-related configuration needed for SAP SuccessFactors system for Joule integration.
  • It is necessary to configure the Identity Provisioning Service (IPS) to provision users and roles from SAP SuccessFactors to SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition, as part of the Joule integration setup.
  • Roles are not provisioned to Work Zone.
  • Joule not providing navigational response.
  • Global User ID is blank or does not match between SAP SuccessFactors and IAS.
