3806878 - Users login/logout time audit/historic

You want a report showing user logon/login/logout activities / audit logs.

- SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2.

To access them, navigate to: Settings > All Settings > Logs and Changes > Audit Logs.

You can filter the logs by time, event type, and user to retrieve the relevant records, and export the data as needed.

Regarding system logs covering user login records, SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 provides Audit Logs that record security-relevant user events, including login and logout activities.

How to access: Navigate to Settings > All Settings > Logs and Changes > Audit Logs. You can filter by time, event type, and user to retrieve the relevant records, and export the data as needed. (Check attached screenshot)

Please note the following limitations:

• Logs up to seven days are displayed in this tab. (refer to Help Doc Audit Logs | SAP Help Portal)
• For archived logs, employee names may appear as UUIDs in exported files. These can be resolved back to user names via the IAM users API if needed (refer to KBA 3792678 - Employee Is Displayed As UUID in Archived Audit Logs.
