Symptom

  • Incoming invoices for France in Document and Reporting Compliance, Cloud Edition are not being pushed to the backend system.
  • Error message 'Error processing message: >RequestBase64< node is missing.@ line 166 in prepareOutgoingCommonAPICallForCDAR.groovy' is thrown.
  • Documents get stuck in state "IN_PROGRESS" with pending follow-up actions CDAR_202_SENT_TO_RECEIVER_PA, CDAR_202_REJECTED_BY_SERVICE, or FAILED.
