3806949 - Custom Section Missing in Performance Form

• Employees are missing a custom section in their performance form
• Managers can view the custom section as expected

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Log into SuccessFactors
2. In the upper left corner, select the hamburger icon > Performance
3. Select a performance form
4. Observe the custom section is missing

The Management Only setting is checked

When this setting is configured, only managers and HR can see the section regardless of permissions provided to other roles. This setting can't be changed in live forms and requires a new form to be launched. You can follow the below steps to resolve this:

1. Go to Manage Templates > Performance Review tab.
2. Click on the form template
3. Select the Custom section
4. Click on Show advanced options...
5. Uncheck the box for Management Only
6. Save the template
7. Launch new forms using any of the options in Implementing and Managing Performance Management - Launching Forms
