3806954 - On-demand off-cycle reason not available in payroll driver

Symptom

  • When starting an off-cycle payroll from the payroll driver, off-cycle reasons with the type "on-demand" ("D") are not available for selection or manual entry in the selection screen.
  • The same on-demand off-cycle reasons are visible and selectable in the Off-Cycle Workbench.
