3807015 - The exclude pattern exclude all entries which has less digits than the pattern

There is a requirement to set exclude pattern to exclude entries with certain digits of value during query selection. However, the exclude pattern exclude all entries which has less digits than the pattern.

For example, +++++++(7 digits) is set to field A, and all entries in field which are less than 7 digits are excluded.
