3807024 - Find employees by filters shows only four criteria in Launch Forms; adding more is not supported

• In Launch Forms > Select Employees > Group of Employees > Find employees by filters, only four criteria are available (Org Level 3, Org Level 2, Location, Job Classification).
• A request is made to add additional filter criteria beyond the four currently available on the selection screen.

1. Navigate to Launch Forms.
2. Select any form to launch and proceed to Select Employees.
3. Select Group of Employees.
4. Choose Find employees by filters and open the criteria to view the available filters.

The “Find employees by filters” selection screen uses system-defined criteria. In the observed configuration, only four fields (Org Level 3, Org Level 2, Location, Job Classification) are available, and additional attributes cannot be added via standard configuration.

1. Note that adding more employee attributes directly to the “Find employees by filters” screen is not supported beyond the system-defined criteria.
2. To achieve more flexible filtering, use Dynamic Group (My Groups) or Shared Group (Employee Groups) to define custom populations for form launch.
3. Where supported, review whether EP custom01–custom15 can be enabled as additional filter criteria for “Find employees by filters” by following the referenced guidance.
4. Proceed with launching forms using Dynamic/Shared Groups or the supported filter options.
