3807042 - BTP User Name field is not showing expected value

Symptom

  • After configuring trust between IAS and BTP, shadow users from IAS are visible in BTP under Security > Users, but the User Name value does not match what is expected. 
  • For example, you expect the User Name to be the user's email address, but a different attribute is shown.
