3807307 - Cannot select large payment items or exception items in payment proposal - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

You use the 'Manage Automatic Payments' app. When you work with a large number of payment items or exception items in a payment proposal — for example, performing block or reallocate operations on more than 100 line items — only some of the items are processed successfully.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "Manage Automatic Payments" app.
2. Create a payment proposal with more than 100 line items.
3. Click 'Select All' to select all items and set payment block without scrolling to load all items.
4. Find that not all items are blocked.

The system cannot load all line items for large datasets on one page. Items that are not loaded cannot be selected and the process will not be applied to them. This is a technical limitation.

Before selecting items, scroll down slowly to ensure all line items are fully loaded. All items must be completely loaded in the UI before you can apply actions such as blocking or reallocating.
For daily business operations, we recommend splitting large items into multiple payment runs to avoid this limitation.
