3807344 - WCOCO overlap deletes pricing condition and breaks contract-to-invoice link

• The contract-to-invoice link is lost after maintaining overlapping validity in WCOCO for a rebate condition contract.
• In billing documents, the condition contract number is missing in the condition details for the affected condition type.
• The condition record number is not visible in the contract, and the prior record appears deleted.
• In WCOCO, adding a new condition and pressing ENTER flags the existing condition for deletion, and it is removed on save.
