Symptom

  • An error occurs when attempting to preview the PDF for LTSD Requests in the Fiori app “Manage Requests – Long-Term Supplier’s Declarations” using a custom (Z) Adobe form.
  • The error message displayed is: Resource not found for segment 'BOPFPrintPreview'.
  • Error codes observed include: /IWBEP/CM_MGW_RT/020 and /IWBEP/CX_MGW_BUSI_EXCEPTION.
  • The SAP standard form works as expected.
