3807382 - Data Analyzer insights output limited to 150 rows in SAP Analytics Cloud

Symptom

  • In SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Data Analyzer, the Insights output is limited to 150 rows. Rows beyond the 150th row appear blank. 
  • According to KBA 3758575 Data Analyzer cannot display more than 150 columns in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Data Analyzer uses a lazy-loading mechanism for rows. Therefore, it should fetch 150 rows at a time and load additional rows as the user scrolls. However, in this case, no additional rows are loaded beyond the first 150 rows, even after scrolling.
  • The data can still be fully retrieved when exported, which contains more rows than are displayed in the Data Analyzer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open a Data Analyzer.
  2. Check the displayed results and observe that only 150 rows are shown, rows beyond the 150th appear blank.
  3. Export the Data Analyzer results to an Excel file.
  4. Open the exported file and observe that all rows are displayed, including those not displayed in the Data Analyzer.

Cause

This issue has been identified as a product defect.

Resolution

The issue has been resolved in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) patch 2026.15.12.  For the planned release schedule of SAP Cloud products, please refer to SAP NOTE 2888562 - Release Dates for SAP Cloud Products:
