2CL, F3525: runtime errors TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED / SESSIONMEM_QUOTA_WARNING in FKK_BIX_BILL_UNIT_CREATE

Product version: SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2608

• Start Fiori Launchpad.
• Open Fiori app F3525.
• Execute the mass run with the given parameters.
• Check Fiori app F7770 – ABAP Runtime Error.
• Runtime errors were raised: 
  • TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED
  • SESSIONMEM_QUOTA_WARNING

• Insufficient selection parameters in Fiori app F3525 - Billing (Mass Creation).

In general:

• Reduce the number of billable items per selection package (SSCUI 107038) to approx. 50.000 while running Fiori app F3525.
• If this is not helpful, the number of billable items need to be further restricted via appropriate selection parameters in the billing run.

Specific (for selection by e.g. Bill-First date):

• Either use different Source Transaction IDs for the different Bill-First dates 
  or
• Making use of Source Transaction type 03, which allows to process each BIT of a Source Transaction separately.

• In SAP Convergent Invoicing - Billing, the default process is to process all billable items belonging to a source transaction together.
• Due to the restriction of e.g. the date, the initial selection returned not all billable items of a source transaction.
• Thus, the source transactions had been completed, which in the end returned about 600.000 billable items, which led to the memory overflow.
