3807430 - Handling Units are stuck with tentative assignment to a non-existent document (Error VHUAP025)

Symptom

  • In transaction VL10HU, the Handling Units (HUs) are not visible for selection although could be found in transaction HUMO. 
  • Error message: "Delivery not found" (Message no. VHUAP025).
  • The HUs show tentative assignment indicators via database field VEPO-XCHAR = X and an entry in table HURES.
