3807454 - FPM analytical query apps load without data after upgrade results only after pressing Go

• After upgrading to SAP S/4HANA and applying Unified Rendering TCI 2606 (UR c2 patch 2603 or higher), FPM BICS analytical WebDynpro applications (application FPM_BICS_OVP) display data correctly on the first access after login.
• On subsequent accesses within the same session — after navigating back to the FLP home page and reopening the same tile — the data area is blank. Data does not load automatically and users must press the "Go" button manually each time.
• Browser developer console shows multiple consecutive integrationFLPNavigateToObject / getLinks requests (e.g., WDFLP1 through WDFLP35) with no response entries logged.
• JavaScript error in the browser console: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getContent') at _getSSBRootControl → launchApp
